Holiday Island is located about 10 minutes from Eureka Springs, so there are always many activities, shopping, and delicious restaurants to choose from nearby in all seasons. This would make a great apartment for seniors looking to downsize and be in a nice, quiet area on lower level (one step up to the deck). However, it will feel like you are stories up from your private balcony to the woods and seasonal creek below. To apply, you must reply with the following information: 1. When are you wanting to move in 2. Who and how many people will be living in the apartment (up to 3 persons) 3. We do have policies regarding no pets, no smoking in unit, 1 year lease, deposit, etc, so please be sure to review those policies before applying or contacting with questions.
