Breed Restrictions: The following breeds are considered aggressive and will not be allowed on the premises: Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Doberman Pinchers, Pit Bulls (aka Staffordshire Terriers or Bull Terriers), English Mastiffs, Chow Chows, Akitas, Bully Kutta, Tusa Inu, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canario's, and Shar-Peis. This is not an all-inclusive list; Landlord reserves the right to deny breed.
- Additional monthly pet fee of $25.00 per cat and $40.00 per dog per month. This pet fee is not to be waived for any reason without prior authorization of Property Supervisor. *Otherwise, only caged/aquarium/terrarium animals/birds/fish allowed. No rabbits or ferrets, no exotic pets (i.e. spiders, snakes etc.) All pet owners must have a signed pet clause included with the lease packet.
