We are looking for 1 responsible, working professional to share this house in Hicksville with 3 other young professionals.… We are in our mid 20s to early 30s and are looking for someone in the same age range. We are looking for someone to move in sometime between August 8 and August 15, 2026.
The house has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms shared between two people on each floor. The available room is on the first floor, with lots of sunlight facing a huge backyard. We have two males on the second floor, and would prefer a female for the available room since the other roommate on the first floor is also female. The rent is $1000 with utilities and internet included. The first month's rent and one month's security deposit are due upon signing. Deposit is $750, reflective of rent. Deposit will be returned when you leave. The lease agreement is through January 1, 2027, with the option to re-new.
