We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 month leases. Hickory Woods is a pet friendly community. We allow up to three pets per apartment. Pets may be either dogs or cats. Only one of the following breed types including full, mixed-breed or derivatives of Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or any hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presna Canarios, Cane Corso's, Rodents (including ferrets), or Reptiles, unless animal is a verifiable certified service or support animal. The one time non-refundable Pet Fee is $300 for one pet, $450 for two or $600 for three. The monthly pet rent is $35 per pet.
