Owner pays all utilities and takes care of yard. Snow removal (all walkways) responsibility of tenant. Non-smoking property. Free on-street parking; garage available for compact car. Rent is $2500/month, $1000 security deposit (not to be used toward last month's rent) $150 cleaning fee due on check-out. Short-term rentals only (30 to 90 days) Extensions beyond 90 days subject to property inspection and availability, not to exceed 9 months. Home is fully outfitted and furnished. All linens, bedding and furnishings, including decorative and kitchen items not to be taken off-property. Starter paper products and cleaning supplies provided. Once gone, tenant is responsible for providing their own. Attic and basement storage spaces locked and not included in lease. Tenant will be provided with specifics around garbage removal and other items prior to signing lease. All adult occupant names and contact information must be provided for emergency purposes. Maximum occupancy is 5 people total.
