Located in a small, quiet neighborhood 7 minutes to downtown Hendersonville / close to Flat Rock and an easy drive to Brevard, Dupont Forest, Holmes… State Park, Pisgah Forest, etc. Includes: internet, utilities, well water, off-road parking and laundry area in dry basement. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with and 3 refrigerators. Bathroom pictured is shared by you and two other men. Two rooms to choose from.
ATMOSPHERE & VALUES: Conservative (Not a party house). Drama-free home where privacy and quiet is respected.
PETS: There is already one very sweet and extremely well behaved older (11 yo) dog here and no other pets are wanted at this home. There are also 20+ backyard hens (very spoiled) and a rooster. Goats on a nearby farm can also be heard talking to each other.
SMOKING: Outside only (there is a deck off of the kitchen).
DRUGGIES are NOT welcome. Cannabis is fine.
Note: Zillow / Hotpads requires that a box be checked regarding length of lease so the 1 month box was checked. Most people stay a year or more. If either party wants to end the lease (owner or housemate/renter), a 7-day written notice is all it takes.
