Owner pays Utilities, However if electric usage spikes over $100 per month (in addition to normal established use), due to occupant heavy usage, occupant will be charged the overage amount each month. Last tenant of more than two years never went over the allotted $100. Lease is month to month. Space is only available to a single person with no pets. Tennant needs good credit and references. No smoking permitted on property, inside or out. Loud noise after 10 pm. is also not permitted. Owner lives on property with two med. sized dogs that do bark at times usually to alert when people approach the front door.(mailman ect.) The unit is 100% private, security light/camera at the private locked gate and personal entry door with small porch and private outside patio.
