Harvard Terrace Apartments

All of our apartments are 800 square feet and have two bedrooms with one bath. The downstairs apartments have full hardwood floors. The upstairs apartments have hardwood floors in the dining room with carpet in the living room and both bedrooms. Our upgraded units have stainless appliances, granite countertops, and premium cabinets with soft close drawers. All the apartments have 13 windows and you'll share no common walls. Most units have washer/dryer hook-ups, while we do supply the washer/dryer in select units. Covered parking is available for everyone. Our Classic Style units have oak cabinets, laminate countertops, ceiling fans, faux wood blinds, and white kitchen appliances. Our beautiful Signature Style units have granite countertops, tile backsplash, built-in microwaves, stainless steel appliances, stylish cabinets and much more. Our new Urban Style have all the great features as the Signature Style but with a tiled walk-in shower and has a more contemporary feel. Harvard Terrace is the perfect spot to live if you want to be in the center of everything that makes Tulsa a great place to live, work and play - Utica Square, Brookside, Cherry Street, Downtown, Tulsa Gathering Place, and Tulsa University.
