Welcome!. I love this home and would love for someone who will love and enjoy it just as much. I love to do somethings together and sometimes apart. We have gatherings, eat together monthly or more, take care of the chickens and chores together, and take care to enjoy our amazing city. We share some of the same values and believe that we don't have to do things isolated from each other. We are a caring and loving environment where we leave no trace and volunterable as well have self-regulating values and are always working to learn from life and interactions. Your space would be a furnished king size bed in the private bedroom and bathroom. Wood floors and a large, beautiful bathtub. Lots of storage space and privacy. We ask for 1100 a month, offering of something monthly that is shared(could be floor cleaner and toilet paper). We all share the chores of the whole house, including swimming pool, hottub, yard Maintenace, shoveling in the winter, and good communication. (If you do not want to take part in chores, we ask for an extra 200$ a month. Utilites are split.
