Apr 29, 2022After speaking with some ill-mannered old hag @ the Harbor Club apartments for the 3rd time about why their ad for a 2 bedroom apartment was still showing available when it’s clearly not, the ill-mannered lady there answering the phone tells me (with an attitude mind you)…. “anyone could’ve put the ad up and that they’re not responsible for what the ad displays”! I then asked her why they simply wouldn’t just take the incorrect ad down, & the rude woman then raises her voice and talks over me and says… “well it’s not up to me to do that” and hangs up the phone on me!!!! I couldn’t believe my ears and the fact that their management company’s allowing such person to answer their phones when she clearly has no phone etiquette whatsoever or any interest in helping anyone, including herself, because the easier thing to do would be to take the ad down so that no one would continually have to call her about it. Howev, a wise woman once told me that common sense isn’t so common to everyone. And that’s clearly applicable to the woman answering the phones at the Harbor Club apartment complex! She’s the same older, rude woman who answers the phone there each and every time. Save your money and RUN to another place for better service! If this place treats you like this before you’re even a resident, could you imagine living there and needing them for something else???? Harbor Club Apartments,,,,,you’re harboring nothing but lazy, impolite clowns as employees! Seems the reviews from your own residents suggests the same!!! RUN!!!!!!!
