Welcome to Harambee Apartments, we are an apartment community nestled in the heart of Northwest Aurora, Colorado. Our community offers a range of comfortable living options including 1 bed |1 bath, and 2 bed|1 bath apartments. Each unit offers a large open living room with abundant natural lighting. Harambee Building provides residents with onsite private parking and laundry. - Hablamos espanol - Base Rent: Varies depending on unit size (1-bed | 2-bed). Includes water, gas, sewer maintenance, and trash. Utilities: Electricity is billed and paid directly by the resident. Optional Fees: Resident Benefits Package: $31.95 Parking Permit: $10/month $49 Application Fee with approval. Must Pass Credit, Criminal and Eviction Checks. Tenant billed separately for electricity. Renter's Insurance Required Applicant has the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in HB 23-109, Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides a PTSR, PH Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for PH Apartments to access or use the PTSR. PH Apartments may limit acceptance of PTSRs to those that are not more than 30 days old. Residents can also opt into our Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for just $31.95 per month. This optional package includes liability insurance, credit-building opportunities to help improve your score with on-time rent payments, identity theft protection of up to $1 million, a move-in concierge service to assist with utility setup, an exclusive resident rewards program, and more.
