LEASE TERMS ANGELS IN MIND By signing this lease agreement, all residents agree to the following terms: Rent is due monthly on the agreed-upon due date. Residents must follow all Angels In Mind House Rules at all times. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Visitors must be approved by management. No overnight guests are permitted without prior written approval. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Illegal drugs, illegal activity, violence, threats, theft, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Residents are responsible for keeping their room and all shared areas clean and respectful. Residents are responsible for their own personal belongings, medications, meals (unless otherwise provided), transportation, and personal care. Rent must be paid on time. If a resident is unable to pay on time, they must notify management immediately. Residents are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Repeated violations of house rules or serious violations may result in warnings, termination of the lease, and removal from the home. Serious violations that may result in immediate termination include violence or threats, illegal drug activity, theft, property damage, unauthorized occupants, weapons on the property, or any behavior that puts others at risk. By signing this lease, the resident acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Angels In Mind lease terms and house rules.
