There is a no smoking policy inside the house. No pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 Total: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Large fenced backyard. Preferred military, students or healthcare professionals. Please reach out to discuss further if you have any questions. Renter must provide 2 months paystub, credit check, renters insurance, and minimum 2 professional references. Security deposit will be returned 15 days after move-out. A non-refundable $500 cleaning fee and lawn maintenance is required with 1st months rent and 1 month deposit prior to move-in. The remainder will be returned upon assessment of property for any damages. All terms are negotiable for qualified applicants.
