I'm currently looking to share space in my home with the right person. I have a room for rent in my residence that is shared with two other female housemates. This ample sized furnished room for rent comes with a spacious private bathroom. It is in a shared split-level house that has a split bedroom floor plan which gives you your own area to be in within the house. This is a 1 person per bedroom residence and will be home to ONLY you and three other female housemates (myself included). Please note: for the safety and respect of everyone living here, there are NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED on the premises. This Unit-A is furnished with a queen size bed, standard room furniture, a desk for you to work at, and a 42" smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet, plenty of drawer space for clothing, and blackout curtains which are nice to have on those days when you want to sleep late. The shared areas in the home are the living room, the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room which has a washer and dryer that are for housemates use only. There is a back deck and a spacious back yard for your enjoyment, as well. All utilities, including super hi-speed WiFi, are included in the rent price. If you needs a calm place to dwell and to be at peace after a hard day at work, THIS MAY BE THE HOME FOR YOU! Perfect for workers on a temporary job assignment, traveling healthcare workers, academia professionals, serious students, etc. The home is conveniently located off of Hwy 19/41 (Tara Blvd.) near stores, restaurants, a 24-hour fitness center, parks, and many other places to shop. Southern Regional, Piedmont-Fayette, and Piedmont-Henry hospitals are all equally 10 miles away. The home is within 20 miles of Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l airport and 24 miles to downtown Atlanta. MARTA public transportation bus service is near-by. This is a NO SMOKING (Vaping, etc.) ON THE PREMISES, DRUG free, ANIMAL free residence. Unit-A Rent is $1,080.00 monthly. - Flexible lease terms available (a minimum 2-month stay is required.) - $0 application fee but a standard fee for credit/background/eviction screenings will apply. - There is a $25.00/month additional cost for the weekly payment option. - $800 refundable deposit ($400 due 48 hrs. after application approval to secure room [This amount will become part of the required security deposit]). Applicants must have a valid ID, have verifiable stable employment, acceptable proof of income (min. gross 2x's monthly rent), no recent evictions, no major or recent felonies, and a fairly decent credit score. (Note: Having a mark on your credit or background does not automatically disqualify you from becoming a resident). Applicants must be trustworthy, cooperative, and considerate. Be able to clean-up after yourself in ALL AREAS of the home, be able to adhere to the house rules of a shared living space, be respectful of other housemates and others property.
