It is located on the ground floor of our house with east and south facing window views of the yard, fruit trees, forest, and hills with good privacy. The house is located on a cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood just a short walk from the beach, 0.2 of a mile. Both the fully equipped spacious kitchen and the bathroom have granite countertops and hard wood cabinets. There is a walk in closet off of the hall, abundant kitchen cabinets, and tile floors throughout. The private lanai is orientated towards the back yard and looks out onto lemon, lime, orange, coconut and mango trees, as well as the hillside and forest beyond. On street parking for one car is available. The washer and dryer are on the second floor lanai, and are shared with the owners living upstairs. The garage is not included with this rental. All pets are non-negotiable. The rental is a short walk to a beach with snorkeling, surfing, paddle boarding, swimming, diving, all as recreational options depending on the season and the surf. There is so much to enjoy in the country from miles of white sandy beaches, hiking and biking trails, local farmers markets, great restaurants, and food trucks. The house is 1 mile from Waimea Bay and Waimea Botanical gardens, 1.4 miles from a full-service grocery store, 3 miles from Haleiwa, 14 miles Schofield Barracks, 29 miles from Honolulu International Airport.
