Landlords live in the Ohana on this well-cared-for property. We take pride in providing a peaceful and private living environment and are committed to being respectful, fair, and responsive to our tenants' needs. We are looking for long-term tenants with 1 year lease minimum who appreciate a peaceful and respectful living environment. The ideal candidates are responsible, considerate, and dedicated to keeping the home clean and well-maintained. Please note that cigarette smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. The rent is $5,500 per month for up to two people, with an additional $300 per month for each additional person, up to a maximum of four occupants due to the capacity of our septic system. We perform a thorough tenant screening process, which includes a credit check, rental history evaluation, and income verification. A minimum credit score above 680 is preferred. All residents of the property must be listed on the lease agreement. At lease signing, the first month's rent and a security deposit are required. Additionally, tenants are required to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term. The landlord covers yard maintenance, trash and water expenses, while the tenant is responsible for electricity and internet.
