Looking for someone easygoing to share a peaceful, beautiful piece of land in Guatay. Seven acres backing directly onto Cleveland National Forest. Just 40 minutes from San Diego, but a world away. Real four-season weather here (rare for this part of the county), dark skies, total quiet. *The room:*Private bedroom in the main house, shared common spaces, guest bathroom is primarily yours (shower/tub combo). Room is currently furnished with a full/double bed and TV; these can be removed. *The land:* Hike out your back door into national forest. Watch birds, bunnies, and local wildlife right from the yard. Space to start a garden or raise chickens if that's your thing. Plenty of parking, garage storage space, and a wood-burning fireplace for the cold nights. Good for someone who wants to isolate for a while and not be bothered, or who wants to learn the local plants and trails, or maybe just a change of scenery. There's a ton of potential here for the right person. *About me:* Gen X, early 50s, tech geek, love to learn. Spent a lot of years being adventurous and driven.
