About Grey Mill Apartments
Built in 1915, Grey Hosiery Mill originally produced knee-high stockings for children. The Mill closed in 1967 and in 1990 was purchased by the city of Hendersonville, NC with hopes of preserving it's history. In 2020, it was coverted into 35 historic apartments.
We are honored to preserve this piece of history and offer our residents the opportunity to live in the historic, unique building. Grey Mill Apartments are located just 2 blocks East of Hendersonvllle's Downtown Historic District.
