Here at our Fully Furnished Charming Cottage you will experience a tranquil home in this charming 101 yr old cottage. Full privacy is created by thick mature trees & bushes on & surrounding the 4 acres in the country side. It's hard to believe how close you are to great experiences in Saratoga, Lake Desolation, Adirondack Mountains & more. Our Cottage comes with a full kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, laundry room, a study, and private back porch. You will find unique character with wide plank wood floors, built in bookshelves, and lots of old time homey country flair. Available May 1st (possibly sooner). Rent is $2,150.00 per month. This includes trash & recycling, great well water, cooking propane, and most grounds keeping (you pay for heating oil & electric). A signed lease and one month security is required along with 2 references and proof of income. No dogs or smoking (including vaping)- inside or out. * One bedroom down stairs has comfortable queen bed, cedar closet, and other furnishings. * The second downstairs bedroom also has a a comfortable queen bed, cedar closet, and other furnishings. * Near the first bedroom is a charming full bath. * Near the second bedroom is a full laundry room. * The third bedroom upstairs offers 2 cozy twin beds, built in shelves, and other furnishings. FYI- the ceilings are low on 2nd floor. * Off the upstairs bedroom is a 1/2 bath. * At the other end of the upstairs is a quiet study with a desk, other furnishings, and a lovely window to gaze out of while you work- good luck focusing on your work. ; ) * Back downstairs you will find a kitchen full of all the items you might need to cook your yummy dishes and coffee. * Off the kitchen is a dining room with a china cabinet, stain-glass ceiling light, and other items that make you feel like you are in the country. We have to ask that you do not use the wood stove as it is out of order. Sorry * Off the dinning area is a relaxing and comfortable living room full of books, games, TV, and large windows to gaze out into the beautiful yard. Perhaps the deer will come visit while you are there too. We are located 8 minutes to Lake Desolation, 15 minutes to Saratoga Springs, 17 minutes to West Mountain Ski Resort, 19 minutes to SPAC, 20 minutes to Saratoga Race Track, 23 minutes to Saratoga Lake, 33 minutes to Six Flags Great Escape in Lake George, 37 minutes to Lake George, 40 minutes to Sacandaga Lake. So many wonderful things to explore close by.
