Unique Living Opportunity Private Apartment in Exchange for Household Support We are offering a rare and special living opportunity within our home for the right individual. What We're Looking For A kind, trustworthy, dependable individual who naturally keeps spaces tidy and enjoys creating calm, order, and cleanliness. Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming home. Responsibilities (Approx. 2 3 Hours Per Day) Light daily upkeep to help our home run smoothly, including: Dishes and kitchen reset Laundry (wash, fold, put away) Vacuuming and light floor care Bathroom cleaning and refresh General tidying and organization Occasional pantry, closet, or storage organization Periodic deeper reset tasks as needed Finding organizing projects and/or making the home feel more welcoming on days when we are away from the home (which we are often) No yard work required. This role works best for someone available during business hours (late morning to early afternoon). Ideal candidates may work from home, have flexible schedules, or work swing/graveyard shifts. This is not compatible with a traditional 9 5 outside job. What You'll Receive A private, self-contained living space within our home that includes: Private living room Private bedroom Private bathroom Small kitchenette (no oven) Storage closet You are also welcome to use the main kitchen for cooking when it's not in use. Optional furnishings can be provided to help your space feel like home. Utilities and housing are included as part of the exchange.
