This cozy, private top-level apartment of a rustic triplex cabin gives you the best of mountain living panoramic views, peaceful surroundings, and direct access to scenic trails, all while being just steps away from the town's small-town charm. Please Note Like most Colorado mountain homes, there is no central A/C. A window unit is provided in the living room during summer months, and the cool mountain air keeps evenings refreshing simply open the windows and let nature do the rest! You may hear guests moving about in the units below; we ask all guests to be considerate and respectful. Pet Policy We are dog-friendly! Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please keep them off furniture and bedding, and take them with you if they bark or whine when left alone. Sorry, no cats allowed. A $50 per pet fee will apply and will be arranged after booking through our guest app. Parking You'll have one dedicated parking space clearly marked "Buffalo Sunrise." If you bring a second vehicle, there's free public parking by the lake, just a short 5-minute walk away. Please do not park on the street or block spaces for other guests. We strongly recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles during snowy months (NovemberMay). Smoking Policy Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning and damage fees. Cleaning & Safety Your stay includes a professional cleaning by our trusted partner, trained in the Enhanced 5-Step Cleaning Process, which includes disinfecting high-touch areas (remotes, light switches, railings, etc.). Additional Details Town tax: Green Mountain Falls requires $4.50 per night for short-term rentals (collected automatically). Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip from unforeseen events.
