This property is located centrally between 40/50 mins drive to city of Chicago and city of Milwaukee and museum. 90/94 is straight out under 15 mins drive. You can walk to a Jewel Osco/Dunkin/Starbucks. There's also a hot dog gyro shop called Sammie's with a bunch of cool eating options. Also an Asian joint with some healthier heating options next to the Jewel. Grayslake downtown is out a mile drive with a bunch of good food options. 6 flags, great America is 15/20 minutes drive. You can connect to the Casey trails for hikes and bike rides. Casey trails connect to the DPR trails. Beautiful neighborhood. The property also has a big fenced backyard with a fire pit. Please be considerate to the neighbors when lighting a fire. No loud entertainment post 8 pm. There's a kids park in the sub division with some slides and jungle gym. CLC is a couple miles north and there's a hospital next door. The house has all the amenities you can think of. Well decorated with thoughtful touches all over. There are wooden stairs that run up to the second floor and the basement. If you have kids then please watch them. Not everything is child safe in the house. There's a gym in the basement with free weights and cardio equipment and a TV with chromecast. Please be careful with the free weights and use it with discretion. If you have no experience weight training then we don't recommend you use them at all. Please use rubber mats on the floor when using free weights. We just put new floors in 2021. If you need something or are not sure about something please don't hesitate contacting us. We are at an hours drive.
