Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, 14 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 10 miles away. There's no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Grand Prairie. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! The best part about our location is that we live near the Grand Premium Outlets, just 6 miles away
The outlets have fabulous designer stores where you can find all of the brands that you love!! ! Irving mall is just 7 miles away!! And you will be able to do your grocery shopping at our local Target that's only 1.5 miles away or Walmart just 10 miles! Also you can find different banks just 3 miles away.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $39/night fee will be applied.

HOT TUB -OUT OF SERVICE-
Please note that the hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
As this is an outdoor hot tub, it's normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the hot tub is uncleanrest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
The hot tub technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.
The usage of the hot tub is under the renter's own risk and responsibility.

For safety purposes we have 2 cameras installed in the front door facing the front yard and In front of the garage facing the cars, this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.
- Please note: Any violation of the house rules will cost the security deposit and it will be no refundable.
- This home has a garden area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, ladybug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest / bugs control.
- The garage is remodeled as a Media room!
- PARKING -
All cars must be parked in the property's driveway (maximum 2 vehicles). Please make sure not to obstruct the pedestrian walkway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
NO WEAPONS POLICY
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.
Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.
