Eat in full kitchen area with gas stove and oven. Air conditioning + Bedroom fan Laundry machine in this unit. No coins needed. Hardwood in room and hardwood/tile flooring in living area throughout. Access to LARGE swimming pool and recreational space in backyard for tenants and visitors. This bedroom which has a lot of natural sunlight is part of a house. Horseshoe driveway with double entrance for free parking ON the property (different from street side parking, although that is always available as well.) ** Many shops, theatre, schools, colleges (CSUN) are blocks away. This property can suit the needs for one who is disabled, needs a wheelchair or needs a caretaker. Otherwise the tenant must be comfortable sharing the communal area with one other tenant who may be wheel-chair bound, disabled and/or has a daily caretaker.
