Remodeled cabin in the snow. There will be another $300 of trade/ month (@$30/ hour) as a care taker for my other cabin such as cleaning other cabin after short term renters, etc. If more assistance is requested you will get paid. This is for a hearty person (s) as In winter we are 1.5 miles in the snow via xc country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking or snow mobile. There is no road access usually Dec - May as we are then snowed it. Rent is $1750/ month plus approx 2.5 hours per week of caretaker duties for the grounds and other cabin. This is negotiable and could be possible to reduce rent if there are more hours of caretaker duties needed. Renter pays electric and firewood. Lease 1 year preferred

Cabin is on its own 1/2 acre but surrounded by other open land and Mt Hood National Forest is a short 600 feet away.… There are two small loft sleeping spaces in the remodeled cabin. Cabin is partially furnished with 2 queen mattresses and a futon couch. A creek is on the property with a nice sitting area Mt Hood within 100 feet from property If you love being in the snow over the winter then this cabin is ideal for you. Note an additional approx avg of 2.5 hours per week as back up cleaner of other short term rental cabin. If more time is needed you will be paid at $30/ hour
