The two house-mates have the home to themselves when landlords are out of state half the year. Rental bedroom is perfect for a working adult or graduate student, 21 or older, who keep a normal schedule, and is considerate, mature, responsible, social, and fun. Bedroom has full bed, dresser, closet, and nightstand. The hall bath is shared with one other adult roommate. The 4th bedroom was converted to an office. Must be compatible with other housemates. Great outdoor living space - furnished covered patio, big deck, fruit trees, raised garden beds, private conversation/ reading nook with mountain views, drought tolerant landscape. Available September 1 (maybe earlier), minimum 3 months, longer term preferred. $1300/month + $1300 security deposit. Includes all utilities, internet, and basic gardening, as well as shared responsibility for maintaining a nice home and yard. No: pets (allergies), smoking, illegal drugs, illegal activities, excessive drinking or noise.
