The land, formerly part of the Chumash tribal range, retains a spiritual quality. You can bring horses, and use existing stables and there is a chicken house waiting for chickens if you want. This is the ranch experience without the headaches of owning one. The property is nestled in the hills with abundant wildlife and magnificent views. Due to the nature of this setting, the Tack Room is not suited for children or those with mobility issues. Property has horse stables and a chicken coop for animal lovers. The Tack Room decor includes personal items from the owner's equestrian collection and repurposed items found on the property. The spacious, full kitchen is fully equipped.
