Large room for rent with private bath, double closets, private living room, and full size W/D in townhouse. Looking for a reliable housemate who loves dogs. I have two, one is a bloodhound and the other is a heeler mix, both house trained and friendly.
The place: The townhouse has amazing views of both Denver and the front range. There are walking trails nearby to get to Green Mountain, as well as convenient access to 6th ave., I70, CO Mills Mall and Golden. The available room has the best view of the mountains. Private full bath is next to room in adjoining hallway on the upper level. My bedroom with attached bath is also on the upper level. The main level has a living room, half bath, dining and kitchen. Basement has available large living room, storage room or bedroom, 3/4 bath and laundry room with full size w/d. This is an LGBTQ safe home.

I'm a 39 female, working full time. I enjoy taking my dogs on walkabouts, nerding out at the local comic shops, going to concerts, as well as getting out to the mountains for hikes. I am open to living with women, men and non-binary folk.
