There is a Small-mini-fridge, breakfast bar/stools, microwave/toaster/coffee maker & electric kettle - Perfect space for the right person: example: student/traveling professional who does not cook at home much, and would be happy in a VERY REASONABLY PRICED, comfortable & cozy space to rest your head, study or write for the winter. 2 minute WALK TO SHAWS! Lease runs from November 1 - May 1 -(some flexibility to stay longer into May.) All utilities included (including wifi, Basic cable + HBO) A SMALL single dog may be considered, on a case-by-case basis, (under 25 lbs). No cats, sorry. Please reach out via email. Thank you!
