Lease terms

Summer rentals less than 3 months in length will include a seasonal surcharge of $1900/month. 30 day minimum. Please be gentle and kind to our lovely home - a lot of love went into making it the cozy retreat it is today. Due to beach erosion, we have discontinued beach access from our back yard. Please use the dedicated public access paths at the end of the spit. No outside guests, parties, home sharing or subletting. No commercial photography or activity in or near the home. Please be mindful of community rules, such as keeping dogs on leash, picking up after your pet, keeping a safe distance from sea lions and other wildlife. For the health and safety of all, pets must be potty trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Pets require approval and additional security deposit of $500. Do not burn incense in the home, or use scented products the smell of which may linger after your stay. No smoking, vaping, edibles or other illicit substances on or near the property. Please inform us of any damages to the home or malfunctioning appliances within 24 hours. Note, additional fees may be assessed if house rules are broken or property is damaged.
