Community quiet hours are from 10pm till 8am. No motorized vehicles are permitted on the lake. Internet, water and electricity up to $350 per month is included in the rent. For each month where the sum of the internet and electricity costs exceed $350, the cost in excess of $350 will be deducted from the security deposit. Any and all lease periods must end by June 1, 2027. No smoking of any substances are permitted anywhere on the property, both inside and outside the house. No pets are allowed. All tenants must be listed on the lease and included on the application. No overnight guests are permitted for a total of more than three days for the entire duration of the lease. No subletting is permitted. Tenants are expected to maintain the landscape (keep the driveway, walkway, patio, deck clean and free of debris using the blower that is provided). In particular, the tenant must keep the driveway clear of debris such as pine needles, leaves, etc on a monthly basis at minimum to ensure good drainage of rainwater. Tenants are expected to clear any large branches from trees which fall onto the property. Tenants are expected to clear all sink and tub drains bi-monthly so as to prevent blockages. Tenants are expected to cleaner blocked sink, toilet and tub drains themselves or if a plumber is required, drain clearing charges will be subtracted from the security deposit.

About the building

Stay for awhile in this stylishly rustic A-frame by the lake, ideal for families with grandparents or kids. From the living room, watch the sun's reflection off the lake or observe the wildlife about the lake. All essential living spaces such as the bathroom, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area are located on the main floor. The second floor contains the loft with a television, master bedroom, bathroom and office. Outside, you can explore the lake with the kayak, play at the community playground, basketball court or tennis court, walk or run to Rocky Creek Conservation Area or drive to central Gig Harbor. This beautifully rustic and simple lakeside A-frame comfortably fits 6 people. A seventh person can be accommodated in the office which is is bright and light with windows on every side, a desk but no privacy or clothing storage area. It is large A-frame and roomy with a splendid view of the sunrise above the lake from the living room. An initial supply (about one week) of cleaning and personal care products will be provided. After that, the guest must supply their own supplies.
