Gatehouse Rows is a 98-unit income-restricted community offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Located on the edge of Lincoln's historic Hartley neighborhood and next to the peaceful, park-like setting of Wyuka Cemetery, Gatehouse Rows provides residents with both comfort and convenience. Each unit includes a private entrance, spacious living areas, in-unit washer and dryer, and all major appliances.
