About the building

Large (996 sq ft) one bedroom and one bath with double vanity sinks. Fully remodeled with new appliances and tank less water heater in 2016 with minimal use. Refrigerator, full size washer and dryer in unit. This is an ADU on 1.4 acres with private access. The unit is located above our garage, but the garage is detached so there are no shared walls. Garden Valley is roughly 20-25 minutes from Placerville and Cool, and 30-35 minutes from El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Auburn. We are below the snow line, so you don't need a 4x4, and on a main road with easy access to Garden Valley Rd A little bit about us since we will neighbors, I work full time and my wife is a caregiver and stay at home mom to our 3 children. We are in bed most nights by 10pm and keep to ourselves. Occasionally, like 3-5 times per year, we have family over for BBQ or dinner and will give you a heads up when we do. We might have a bonfire or two during burn season and roast some marshmallows with the kids - wholesome family stuff. We don't party - that means we don't smoke, or do drugs. We won't look down on you for your life choices however, we are trying to raise a family in a safe environment and not into that lifestyle. Drug use, reckless shenanigans, and nuisance behavior will not be tolerated.
