Duration: Minimum of 1-year rent term. Open to longer lease agreements. Long-term: I will pay for HOA parking fees for parking in front of the house, upon 2+ year signing, and renter must also change address to property per HOA requirements. Also personal set of keys to mailbox; upon change of address. In addition you will also be granted access to the outdoors Wifi security camera in front of bedroom window for added peace of mind. Maintenance: Simple... You break it, you buy it. Use common sense and courtesy to property owner (other roommate) when using the common areas. Leave it like you found it or better. Consideration: Guests are welcomed, however NO overnight guest stays. No smoking, illicit substances or parties of any kind. My 9 year old daughter is over all the time, so please consider this in your behavior, actions and language. Lastly, this is a townhouse with a shared wall, therefore be considerate to the neighbors. Animals: I already have 2 cats and 1 dog. I unfortunately cannot accommodate another pet at this time. More information on the actual lease document.
