Lease terms

One year lease agreement. No sub-leasing of the property and only approved residents are allowed to reside. Renter transfers all utilities prior to move in, and maintains all landscaping to includes grass mowing. No storage of any kind allowed in the open carport area and no daily or long term street parking. Trash cans to be stored at the rear of the home and shall not visible from the street. Absolutely no smoking. Smoking will result in an automatic forfeit of security deposit. No boats or disabled vehicles to be parked on the property. Renter's may chose to enroll in a pest prevention treatment program at their own expense. Required 60 days notice to vacate required by renters to landlord of upcoming move. Landlord required to provide 60 days notice of intent not to renew lease or lease modifications. Renters and landlord may agree on a month to month lease arrangement after original lease terminates, and each party will provide a 30 day notice of vacating/moving or monthly lease amount increase. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after a post move out inspection.
