This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is fully furnished & stylishly decorated to be an inviting, cozy & comfortable accommodation for your long term, or extended stay. Fast wifi & relaxing environment make working from home easy. Guests can expect to have full use of this private home, the 2 car garage & fenced backyard. The space: Guests can expect clean, comfortable, and well appointed finishes. The kitchen has all major appliances (Fridge/freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove with gas cooktop) Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker etc. The living area has open tall open ceilings, with a cozy wood-burning fireplace. There is a 50" SMART Tv and fast wifi for streaming your favorite shows! 2 sleeper sofa/futons for a total of 2 guests beds in the living area. Dining room table can seat 6 guests plus 2 additional seats in breakfast nook. Main bedroom is on the first level with a king sized bed & private bathroom (soaking tub with shower combo) A crib and changing table are stored in the closet of the master bedroom. On the second floor, the "cactus" inspired room has one queen bed and can accommodate two people. (2) A second bedroom upstairs has a twin bed, plus twin trundle for 2 people. A cozy nook in this room can accommodate another small child or guest in this room for a total of (3) There is a 2 car garage with a full sized washer and dryer available to guests. Backyard is fully fenced with 6 foot tall wood privacy fence, and has a small patio with outdoor furniture. Guest access. Home has a 2 car wide driveway, with 2 car garage access available to guests. 4 Cars maximum.
