* Tenants are responsible for all utilities and for maintaining the yard and property in a clean and well-kept condition. * Approved outdoor pets may be permitted with prior landlord approval. Pets are not permitted inside the home. * Any proposed outdoor improvements or structures (including, but not limited to, greenhouses, chicken coops, dog houses, sheds, fencing, or similar additions) require the landlord's prior written approval before installation. * Flexible lease terms are available. Both short-term and long-term rental options will be considered. * First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit are due prior to move-in. * Tenants are responsible for the cost of routine maintenance resulting from their use of the property, including clearing clogged drains, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, and similar minor plumbing issues caused during the tenancy.
