This house is in a family friendly neighborhood. Living and dining rooms are spacious and illuminated well by natural light with excellent airflow ventilation. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. There is also very little traffic. The house is very clean with a newly remodeled kitchen. Comes with a new refrigerator and very nice, Samsung convection range for faster cooking, and you can even air fry your food. Also, a heat pump is for heat, cooling and saves you money compared to conventional heating and cooling. It is a very short, casual walk to the Hub shopping center where there are so many stores, shops and eateries such as Trader Joe's, Safeway, Target, Ross, Fremont Food Hall, RAW Superfood Cafe, Khaati Peeti Restaurant and Subway. There are even more stores and eateries across the street from the Hub such as Big Five, Mediterranean at Falafel, Etc., Indian at Delhi 6, and ramen at Shugetsu, Starbucks and Noah's Bagels. We are also close to bus stops and the Bart Fremont station. Elementary and high schools are also within walking distance. So, it is great if you don't like to drive.e house size. However, with only 1000 sq ft, we are renting to 4 or fewer tenants.
