We are looking for 1 person to share a portion of our home, There is 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance and covered porch, It has beautiful hardwood floors, A marble fireplace, dishwasher and chandeliers, It is a small but really nice place. And there is no smoking in the apartment or any pets, I'm very allergic and have a fear of dogs and this is our home too. I will talk to people on the phone 1st to determine if it could work before I book any showings. Things that are included in the rent are heat, electric, water & sewer, wifi, several streaming apps, The only thing you pay is rent. We are looking for 1 person that is willing and able to take on some paid property maintenance for only when we are not home, Snow removal and lawn care for a fairly large property. I will send out applications to the people once I have narrowed it down to a few, I will send applications then. DO NOT DO THEM ON HERE OR PAY THE $35. NO NEED.
