Large 2 bedroom/2 bath plus large office 2 story house with a screened-in porch, covered outside decking, and an upper deck, at the end of the road on top of its own hill. Nice views and private. There is a sharp bend in the unpaved driveway and will not be rented to anyone without a 4x4 vehicle. 4x4 is mandatory. Also, the septic system is sized for a 1 bedroom house so no more than 2 people, maybe 3. No smoking anywhere on the property. No cats or dogs, but other pets will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will not show the house without a completed application first. House is for good and qualified tenants with a clean rental history. Previous landlord references are required. Discount for over 55's.
