Room Rental Lease Summary Private Bedroom & Bath in Duckers Condo | Frankfort, KY Property Description Tenant will rent a private bedroom and private full bathroom within a shared condominium located in the Duckers community of Frankfort, Kentucky. Rent and Deposit Monthly Rent: $950 Due Date: Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. Late Fee: A $50 late fee will be assessed if rent is not received by the 5th day of the month. An additional $10 per day may be charged beginning on the 6th day until rent is paid in full. Security Deposit: Required prior to move-in. Deposit amount to be specified in the lease agreement. Lease Term Lease term may be month-to-month or a fixed term as agreed by the landlord and tenant. Either party must provide 30 days' written notice before terminating the lease unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
