This month-to-month 1-bedroom 1-bathroom cottage is on a resort style property that slopes down to Mineola Bay Shoreline. You do have your own cottage and back yard to enjoy with a lakeview through the trees. There is another rental on the resort property that is a vacation rental. Guests at this unit may walk down the stairs to the shoreline and pier to enojoy the lake, but be aware that there could be guests on vacation down by the lake sharing the same shoreline and pier. Your unit is at the top of the hill roadside, and the vacation rental is far down the hill lakeside.
