What we love about this house
It feels so big, open and roomy - because it is! It is the perfect, SAFE, place to enjoy family, roomy and like living in a PARK. Virtually all the houses in Briarcliff are on one acre at least. No sidewalks for foot traffic, no street parking for strangers and deep offset properties discourage crime! RV, cars and other toys can stay in the driveway to utilize them easily!
The location is PHENOMENAL, located in South Fort Myers, 1/4 mile from US 41 and 1/4 mile from Metro Extension (Rippe Parkway). The west central Lee County location provides the fastest access to EVERYTHING, less than 15 minutes to airport, shopping, FGCU and all applicable schools, 20 minutes to the beach.
Amenities include a beautiful, remodeled kitchen, with LED lighting accentuating the granite counter-tops. Our children loved playing in the beautiful, 1/2 acre, wooded back yard. It's a private park with shaded swimming pool, a heated jacuzzi. The home theater upstairs is a gorgeous room with, wood floor and wall trim, and it's own air conditioner. It was also used for a children's toy room and can also be the 5th bedroom inside the main house! My wife loves the large laundry room and enormous walk-in closet in the master. It is a must-see house!
