Forrest Bluff

We are a HUD subsidized (Section 8) private community located in East Pea Ridge of Huntington, WV. Forrest Bluff is a clean and safe community with a family atmosphere. We have a Cabell County Deputy Sheriff that lives on site and a professional security company that monitors the property 7 days a week after office hours. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments to accommodate families of all sizes. We have a 24 hour laundry facility, playgrounds and play areas for the children. Only utility required for residents is electricity (Water and Trash included). Eligibility: Applicants must meet HUD income requirements, typically earning 50% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). Rent is subsidized, with residents paying approximately 30% of their adjusted gross income. Applicants must ensure their household income does not exceed HUD's income thresholds to qualify for rental assistance. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.
