Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments are perfect for anyone looking for spacious living arrangements, with 42 units available. Each apartment features large floor plans and washer and dryer hookups, so you can bring your own stackable units or rent them from us. Our apartments have been completely upgraded, with premium vinyl flooring and plush carpeting throughout. You'll also have access to fully equipped kitchens that feature dishwashers and built-in microwaves. In addition, we have additional storage options available for rent, ensuring you have plenty of space to store all of your belongings. Forest Meadows is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate. A security deposit is required, with residents responsible for gas and electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service included. For applicants, we charge a standard application fee per person 18 years or older. Our minimum requirements include: 1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate 2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers. 3. A credit score of at least 575. 4.
