First come first serve with references or deposit, rent is due at signing day, tenants are responsible for opening and paying utilities, self garbage disposal, self lawn maintenance or fees apply if completed by landlord $45 per lawn care. Dishwasher not included, Washer and dryer hookups are available. No HOA, but hall county marshal will strictly intervene with any county violation. 1 year contract, not following lease and any illegal violation will terminate lease. Damages of negligence will be taken out of security deposit, if damages exceed deposit amount you will be fully responsible for repairs.
