This property offers a private half-acre home located in a quiet neighborhood with excellent neighbors. Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance and may either mow the yard themselves or use our lawn service for $55 per cut. The property includes approximately one-half acre of mowing. Tenants are also responsible for snow removal from the driveway during the winter months. Water utilities are included; however, tenants are responsible for electric, trash, and internet services. Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking property. A one-year lease is preferred; however, serious inquiries for a six- to eight-month lease may be considered.
