If you look very carefully, you'll see thousands of Aleutian Geese taking a rest-stop in our fields, as we are right along the Pacific Flyway. In Fall and Winter, the back half of the property becomes a refuge for diverse variety of migratory birds.
Visit our beautiful rustic park-like garden brimming with wildlife, rambling roses, Victorian-inspired hedges, trees, and perennial plants. While many species bloom off and on year-round come in May and June for our best display of roses.

Housekeeping includes keeping the studio vacuumed and properly maintained, cleaning the countertops, sink, toilet, bathtub, and oors. -WASHER AND DRYER IN PREMISES- A washer and dryer are adjacent to your studio in our Victorian residence with easy access to a separate laundry room via side entry door. The tenant can coordinate with us in advance to select one day a week that we will keep the room available for use. Tenant acknowledges that they are responsible for washing sheets, towels, and shower curtains. -NO SMOKING/VAPING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY -NO PARTIES- There are no other guests in the carriage house but you. We work quietly upstairs in the craft room and Glenn has a hobby shop downstairs. Your studio is professionally soundproofed. We are respectful of your privacy and are quiet when you are home. -KEEP OUR PLACE TIDY- Please take your outdoor shoes off when entering and exiting the premises (do your mom proud!). We ask that you keep the kitchen clean and dishes washed, and the floor free of food and crumbs. This is especially important because we live in the country and we do not want to attract ants. -WALL HANGINGS, PICTURES, ETC- No nails, etc. allowed in walls. Use only 3M command strips. -HEATER AND EXHAUST FANS- Tenant agrees to turn the portable heaters off when front door is open and when they are away. It's very important to keep the studio well ventilated. Tenant agrees to run the fan in the bathroom when taking a bath or shower. Tenant agrees to run the overhead range hood fan when using the kitchen stove and oven. -TAKING CARE OF TRASH- When your trash and recycle cans are full, please empty them directly into large bins on Bush Street (the blue one is for recycle only). Do not put plastic bags, napkins/paper towels, or soiled paper goods in recycle bin. Garbage day is early Friday mornings.

There will be one-time additional $300 refundable pet deposit that will be requested prior to booking when you book with pets. There are no other guests in the carriage house but you.
