It is gas, electricity, water, sewer, garbage These two of the 4 bedrooms available for your complete use; the other 2 have our furniture that needs to stay. This is a 4 bedroom 1 3/4 bath house with a complete mother-in-law apartment below that has its own entrance. The apartment has been rented as of August 2019. The main house is available for long term with some of the furniture shown in the ad and also has its own entrance. We stay in the area off of the garage and therefore no parking is available under cover. We cannot have any smoking and no pets due to medical issues. NO SMOKING AT ALL ON PREMISES. There are wonderful sunsets and lots of seagulls to watch from your front windows on this waterfront beach home. It is low bank and right on Puget Sound at Dumas Bay in Federal Way. You can watch eagles soar, sea lions swim, and sailboats and ships sail right from the comfort of your living room couch. There is a large deck for lounging and bar-b-ques and only a few short steps for easy access to a canoe ride too. When the tide goes out you have lots of open beach for finding shells and sand dollars or getting crabs or goey ducks. The fantastic sunsets are wonderful to watch and the Olympic Mountains have snow in the winter too. This is the perfect home for relaxation and fun.
