The Guest and those in the Guests party shall not engage in any activity that (a) may be a nuisance or become an annoyance to the Owner or occupants of nearby homes or (b) might invalidate any insurance policies in effect on the Property.The Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the reservation and keep the security deposit paid by Guest if the number of people at the Property exceeds the limits provided for herein or if the Police are called to the Property for excessive noise.SMOKING is prohibited in the house!!
